Because we operate as an affiliate store and fulfillment is handled by trusted partners (such as Amazon, Pitch Pro, and others), return policies may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Returns on Affiliate Products
If your item was purchased through an Amazon listing or another third-party retailer, please follow that retailer’s return process directly. Most orders are covered under a 30-day return window unless otherwise specified.

Returns on Direct Orders
If you placed an order directly through CageList Gear (not redirected to Amazon or another store), our return policy is as follows:
- ✅ Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- 📦 Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- 🚚 Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless item is defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details.
Refund Processing
- 💳 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
